JFBKK Small grant support for online projects

In order to maintain and sustain cultural and social connectivity in the current pandemic crisis, The Japan Foundation, Bangkok is now open for online based projects.
This program provides grants to cover partial expenses to implement the following types of projects.
- A) Cultural or academic activities concerning Japan
(Examples: Virtual art exhibition, online workshop, webinar by Japanese artists or researchers)
Maximum cost coverage by JFBKK is 50,000 THB
- B) Promotion of cultural collaboration
(Examples: Virtual collaborative arts exhibition, theater performance and film streaming, online publication, online conference by Thai and Japanese artists or specialists)
Maximum cost coverage by JFBKK is 100,000 THB
- C) People-to-people exchange
(Example: Webinar by Thai and Japanese researchers)
Maximum cost coverage by JFBKK is 100,000 THB

- D) Promotion of Japanese-Language education

We accept the applications with the following deadlines:
For Category A:
1st deadline: February 10 (for projects starting from April 15 onwards)
2nd deadline: May 30 (for projects starting from July 1 onwards)
3rd deadline: August 10 (for projects starting from October 1 onwards)
4th deadline: November 10 (for projects starting from January 1 onwards)
For Category B and C:
1st deadline: February 10 (for projects starting from April 15 onwards)
2nd deadline: May 30 (for projects starting from July 1 onwards)
3rd deadline: August 10 (for projects starting from October 1 onwards and completing within November 30)
