Brief Description

On 30 June 2020, SEA Junction with partners Bangkok Tribune News Agency, Thai Society of Environmental Journalists, Project SEVANA South-East Asia with support by Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (Thailand Office) held a Dialogue Forum 3 on Ending Wildlife Trade and Habitat Exploitation in Post COVID-19 Our Wild, Our Climate (in Thai). The Forum focuses on sustainable lifestyle and economy, and the ending of wildlife trade and habitat exploitation which interconnect with human health.

As the governments had imposed restrictions and implemented lockdown to prevent the spread of Covid-19, there had seen improvement of the environment in many areas due to the absence of human beings. The key question that this Forum explores is whether humans can turn this crisis into a golden chance to live in harmony with the nature again is thus challenging and worth exploring here and worldwide?
