Brief Description

The photo exhibition “The Mekong is Blue and Dried” was accompanied with the Media Talk (in Thai) on 20 March 2021, 1:00 – 2:30 pm at 1st Floor, BACC. It was to explore the photos and stories behind in the photo exhibition. The speakers exchanged views and shared experiences as the media and people who have been working and monitoring closely on the Mekong River, whether it be the issues in environmental degradation, people’s livelihood, and advocacy of the civil society. Some of the speakers shared their photo stories to the exhibition such as Chanang Umprak “The Mekong is in Peril” and Sayan Chuenudomsavad , “The Flows and Interference”. There were four speakers from different institutions/groups and the discussion was moderated by Khun Kamol from Green News.
