The Panel Discussion “Upholding the Right to Learn and Play for Young Refugees in Southeast Asia” was organized to recognize the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) and the World Children’s Day, which is held on November 20th each year. This year, 2019, marks thirty years since the convention was introduced in 1989, and SEA Junction marked the occasion by organizing the panel discussion on this issue.
