DESCRIPTION:CACS (College of ASEAN Community Studies) together with GIGA (German Institute of Global and Area Studies) presents “The Rise and Varieties of Party Factionalism in Southeast Asia.” This two-day workshop will examine intra-party factions and factionalism in competitive party systems of Southeast Asia.
