SUMMARY:Call for applications: WORTH Lab Initiative 2020
DESCRIPTION:The Women and Earth Initiative or WORTH is an exciting innovation programme by ARROW and the Danish Family Planning Association. WORTH Initiative Innovation is a capacity building program. \nThe fully funded worth lab initiative is now accepting applications. Chosen applicants will get to attend two lab programs consists of two physical innovation labs and an online learning course spanning over a period of 5-6 months. By completing the labs\, participants become eligible to apply for grants that will enable them to give life to their innovation. These labs will be held in Malaysia. The labs will be free of cost. \nEligibility  \nThe WORTH initiative lab programs are designed to enhance the capacity of civil society actors.  These actors can be working on human rights\, gender issues\, environmental and climate change. The program also aims to build the capability of such actors to work actively on reproductive health. \n\nApplicants should belong to one of the following countries- Pakistan\, Bangladesh\, Myanmar or Philippines.\nApplicants should be a part of a program team in a civil society organization.\nThe organization should be working on one of the following topics:\nSexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR)\nEnvironmental change\nClimate change\nhuman rights\, gender\nApplicants working at an officer level position in the organization will be preferred.\n\nWorth Lab Initiative Covers \n\nTravel cost to the lab venue\, Malaysia.\nProgram entrance fee.\n\nApplication \nPlease go to http://worthinitiative.org/apply/ \nDeadline: 20 July 2020  \nExpectations :  \nTo create the best advocacy and programmatic solutions for the interlinked challenges of SRHR and Climate Change faced at all levels \n  \nSource: http://worthinitiative.org/about/ \nShare on FacebookTweetFollow usSave
