Contemporary conflicts now extend beyond traditional military dimensions to include resource scarcity\, environmental degradation\, migration\, and social injustice\, requiring multidisciplinary and globally informed responses. \nThe 5th International Conference on International Security and the Environment (ISE 2026)\, themed “Navigating Conflicts and Global Challenges” provides an international platform for academicians\, university professors\, and graduate students to engage in critical dialogue and knowledge exchange.
