DESCRIPTION:Abstracts due: June 11\, 2021 \nGUAVA invites teachers\, scholars from academic institutions (in the U.S and abroad) who are teaching and conducting research on Vietnamese language education to submit abstracts to GUAVA 2021 Workshop (July 23-24\, 2021). Paper/presentation topics focusing on issues in teaching and learning Vietnamese online during the pandemic. Topics may include\, but are not limited to: \n\nMulti modalities and approaches in teaching and learning Vietnamese online\nMaterial and curriculum development for online teaching and learning\nZoom issues and challenges: online testing and assessment\nVirtual collaboration between colleagues and students\nHeritage language learners and mixed classrooms\n\nNotification of Acceptance: June 18\, 2021 \nPlease send the following two (2) items via email attachments to guavamerica@gmail.com \n1) An abstract proposal with the title\, a brief description of your papers/presentation in 250 words maximum \n2) The presenter’s brief autobiography should include your name\, institution\, email address\, and phone number. \nSubject line: GUAVA 2021 Abstract \nNOTE: The registration for GUAVA workshop is $20\, but it is free for GUAVA active members.
