SUMMARY:ICOOP2022: CALL FOR ABSTRACTS 4th International Conference on Cooperatives “Cooperative Identity\, Integration and Impact”
DESCRIPTION:Organizer- Institute of Cooperatives and Bio-Enterprise Development (UPLB) \nThe International Conference on Cooperatives (ICOOP) is a triennial global cooperative event organized by the Institute of Cooperatives and Bio-Enterprise Development (ICOPED)\, the lead academic unit of the University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB) for cooperative education\, extension\, research\, and public service. \nOur theme for the fourth ICOOP or ICOOP2022 is “Cooperative Identity\, Integration and Impact.” It is conceptualized following the overarching theme of the 33rd World Cooperative Congress\, which emphasized the cooperative identity strengths and contributions to addressing current global issues. Through ICOOP2022\, cooperative experiences and rediscoveries\, which have (1) deepened the identity of cooperatives and their competitive advantage; (2) promoted inclusive growth among cooperatives of all forms and sizes and interrelationship with industries\, institutions\, government and other key economic sectors; and (3) expanded the cooperative impact on the society\, economy and the environment\, will be explored and shared with the goal of unveiling a renewed perspective of a more balanced\, inclusive and progressive cooperative economy. \nThe conference will accept paper for presentation on the topics related\, but not limited\, to any of the following tracks: \nCooperative Identity: Highlighting the power of cooperative identity in promoting cooperative integration\, deepening cooperative impact\, and bringing the cooperative movement to the forefront of sustainable development \n\ncommitting to and living the cooperative identity\npromoting and communicating the cooperative identity\nadapting cooperative identity to dynamic global changes\n\nCooperative Integration: Moving together where no cooperative is left behind and uniting with other industries\, sectors and institutions for a stronger and more inclusive growth and impact \n\nincreasing cooperative competitiveness and market integration\npromoting inclusive cooperative development\ninnovating the cooperative systems\ncooperation among cooperatives\nbuilding and sustaining relationships with non-cooperative sectors\n\nCooperative Impact: Creating\, measuring\, and communicating the impact of cooperatives on people\, community\, environment and society at large \n\neconomic\, social and environment impact and value creation of cooperatives\ncooperatives’ role in and contributions to the Sustainable Development Goals\nglobal and local efforts in cooperative education and professionalization of cooperative management\n\nYou can read detail information at here \nShare on FacebookTweetFollow usSave
