AIT is proud to offer in partnership with Hofstede Insights the Cultural Ambassador (CA) program. \nObjectives \nYou will leave this course knowing how to: \n\nRecognize how your personal background impacts the way you see and resolve problems in the workplace\nDevelop insights into how to navigate the field of culture and strategy using different models of culture\nUse case studies and experiential training to recognize how these factors impact your personal work situations\nRecognize the role culture plays in everyday activities within your organization.\n\nWho Should Attend? \nThe Cultural Ambassador Program is a two-day intensive program designed for managers and senior managers in all fields. \nFee \nUSD 1\,000 per participant. \nThe fee includes training and tuition\, course materials\, field study visits\, lunch during training sessions\, and refreshments. \nAccommodation\, meals and travel costs are not included. \nEarly bird registration: 10% discount on tuition fees is offered to those who register and pay before March 31\, 2020. \nLast date of registration and payment: 08 May 2020 \nVenue :The course will be conducted by AIT at its campus in Pathumthani\, Thailand. \nContent \nThe Cultural Ambassador program consists of five elements: \n\nE-learning on Culture\nTeam Culture Scan\nCulture Compass Survey\nTwo-day course\nCertificate of Cultural Ambassador\n\nE-learning on Culture \nThis will help you to explore the impact of culture on working effectively and confidently despite differences in culture and experience. You will gain a better understanding of Hofstede’s practical and scientifically-based tool for intercultural management. It is the first step to understanding and managing individual and collective behaviors in an intercultural context. \nTeam Culture Scan \nThe Team Culture scan is an online tool designed to measure the culture of a group (for teams of up to 30 members) through an online questionnaire. After members of the team have completed the survey\, you will receive a report with your actual scores on the dimensions on Organizational Culture and 6 statements per dimension describing your culture.
