DESCRIPTION:The YSEALI Regional Workshop on Embracing Diversity and Inclusion Program will include young leaders from the 10 ASEAN member nations and Timor-Leste who express commitment to advocating for diversity and inclusion issues in their workplaces\, communities and in Southeast Asia. The program will consist of pre-workshop virtual activities providing background on diversity and inclusion frameworks as well as introduction to best practices of implementing diversity initiatives; a three-day workshop in Kuala Lumpur; and post-workshop activities demonstrating lessons learned by multinational teams and as individuals. \nAll applicants must be 18-35 years old\, be registered members of YSEALI\, and be from one of the 11 YSEALI nations.
