ในห้วงเวลาที่สังคมยังมีช่องว่างและความแตกต่างทางข้อเท็จจริงและความคิดสูง บางประเด็นที่เกิดขึ้นในสังคมอาจถูกขยายผลจนนำไปสู่วิกฤตการณ์ หากไร้ซึ่งเวทีในการพูดคุยแลกเปลี่ยนทางความคิดสำหรับทุกฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง สื่อมวลชนเอง ในขณะที่ทำหน้าที่บอกกล่าวและให้แรงบันดาลใจกับผู้คนในสังคม สามารถมีบทบาทช่วยอํานวยความสะดวกการพูดคุยและสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจในเรื่องที่เกิดขึ้น เป็นเสมือน “สะพานเชื่อม” เพื่อประสานช่องว่างและความแตกต่างทางข้อมูลข้อเท็จจริง พร้อมๆ กับเชื่อมร้อยประเด็นที่กระจัดกระจายเข้าด้วยกันจนเกิดเป็นภาพใหญ่เพื่อความเข้าใจที่ดีขึ้นในสังคม    โดยการสนับสนุนของมูลนิธิคอนราด อาเดนาวร์ สำนักงานประเทศไทย (Konrad Adenauer Foundation (KAS), Thailand Office) และความร่วมมือกับองค์กรพันธมิตร, สำนักข่าว Bangkok Tribune ร่วมกับ Decode.plus Thai PBS, ชมรมนักข่าวสิ่งแวดล้อม, และ SEA Junction จัดเวทีเสวนาประจำเดือนภายใต้โครงการ “Dialogue Forum” เพื่อเป็นพื้นที่พูดคุยแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลข้อเท็จจริง รวมทั้งข้อคิดเห็นต่างๆ ของทุกฝ่ายในประเด็นที่กำลังอยู่ในความสนใจของสังคม โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่ง ประเด็นเชิงนโยบายทางด้านสังคมและสิ่งแวดล้อม ทั้งนี้ เพื่อช่วยสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจในประเด็นดังกล่าวเพื่อนำไปสู่การตัดสินใจเชิงนโยบายที่ดีขึ้น นับตั้งแต่ประชาคมโลกก้าวเข้าสู่ทศวรรษแห่งความท้าทายในการแก้ปัญหาโลกร้อนระยะ 10 ปีแรก ตั้งแต่ พ.ศ.2564-2573 (2021-2030) โดยมีการประชุมเจรจาฯ ลดโลกร้อน COP26 และ COP27 ที่เมืองกลาสโกล์ว ประเทศอังกฤษ และประเทศอียิบต์ ในปี 2564 และ 2565 ตามลำดับ โลกกำลังก้าวสู่บททดสอบที่หนักหนาสาหัสเนื่องจากความไม่ลงรอยในแนวทางแก้ปัญหาของประเทศสมาชิกในการเจรจาตกลงเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาโลกร้อนในเวทีดังกล่าว เพื่อจะบรรลุเป้าหมายที่จะรักษาระดับอุณหภูมิโลกไม่ให้สูงเกินกว่า 2 องศาเซลเซียส หรือไม่เกินขีดจำกัดที่ 1.5 องศาฯ ทุกประเทศต้องร่วมมือช่วยกันลดการปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจกไม่น้อยกว่า 43% ของระดับการปล่อยในปี 2019 แต่ข้อมูลจาก World Resources Institute (WRI) กลับพบว่า ความพยายามในการช่วยกันลดก๊าซฯ ผ่านการดำเนินงาน…
