SEA Junction organized a panel discussion on which focused digital technology as the rights of women and girls to enjoy the benefits of it while being protected from its dangers. The event invited speakers from Thailand, the Philippines and Indonesia to talk about digital literacy for women and girls as an instrument to address gender bias in access and use of technologies, while also taking into account the longstanding culture, traditions, and policies that create a barrier to change.
