Dear All,

I am glad to present here a full program for April, celebrating the arts of Southeast Asia while examining some of the region’s challenges. In particular I like to introduce to you “ASEAN in Flux” a series of events on movements of people in an increasingly integrated region in collaboration with the Heinrich Boll Stiftung Southeast Asia,, which will be launched on 22 April with a multi-dimensional event on refugees in ASEAN.

I also take this occasion to wish a joyous New Year Water Festival for those in Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and Thailand. SEA Junction will be open during Songkran as we follow BACC policy. If you are in town just drop by trying not to get wet!
