SEA Junction ร่วมมือกับ Asia Justice and Rights (AJAR) จะจัดนิทรรศการ “การ์ตูนภาพ วิถีอาเซียนของหลักการการไม่แทรกแซงกิจการภายใน และหลักฉันทามติของประชาคมอาเซียน” วันที่ 22 ตุลาคม ถึง 3 พฤศจิกายน พ.ศ. 2567 ณ ผนังโค้ง ชั้น 4 (จัดแสดงภาพวาดเล่าเรื่องหรือคอมิค) และ มุมสามเหลี่ยม ชั้น 1 (จัดแสดงการ์ตูน) หอศิลปวัฒนธรรมแห่งกรุงเทพมหานครฯ เพื่อร่วมกันสะท้อนถึงบทบาทของอาเซียนในอนาคตกับการแก้ไขปัญหาในปัจจุบันรวมถึงประเด็นต่างๆ ที่กำลังจะเกิดขึ้นในภูมิภาค วิกฤตโรคระบาดโควิด 19 รัฐประหารในเมียนมา การเปลี่ยนแปลงเชิงเผด็จการในประเทศสมาชิกอื่นๆในอาเซียน ความตึงเครียดทางภูมิรัฐศาสตร์ที่ยังไม่ได้รับการแก้ไข และความกดดันจากภาวะเศรษฐกิจถดถอยได้ดึงดูดความสนใจมายังประชาคมอาเซียน ก่อให้เกิดคำถามสำคัญว่าอาเซียนกำลังทำหน้าที่ของตนอย่างเต็มที่หรือล้มเหลวในบทบาทของตน และได้ฉายให้เห็นถึงการพัฒนาและการมีปฏิสัมพันธ์ในระดับภูมิภาค พร้อมกับคำถามที่เพิ่มขึ้นว่า อาเซียนนั้นยังเป็นองค์กรที่ให้ความสำคัญกับประชาชนเป็นศูนย์กลางจริงๆตามที่อ้างอิงในกฏบัตรอาเซียนหรือไม่ และ อาเซียนกำลังมุ่งทำหน้าที่เพื่อผลประโยชน์ “เพื่อใคร” นอกจากนี้ ยังมีความเร่งด่วนในการส่งเสริมการแลกเปลี่ยนในสาธารณะเกี่ยวกับ “วิถีอาเซียน” โดยเฉพาะหลักการสองหลักขององค์กรอาเซียน นั่นคือ “ฉันทามติ” และ “การไม่แทรกแซง” หลักการทั้งสองที่กล่าวถึงนี้เป็นที่ถกเถียงกันในปัจจุบัน…
