ปัจจุบัน แรงงานนอกระบบหลายคนกําลังเผชิญวิกฤติต่าง ๆ เช่น ภาวะเงินเฟ้อ ค่าครองชีพเพิ่มสูงขึ้น เศรษฐกิจถดถอย สภาพภูมิอากาศเปลี่ยนแปลง และผลกระทบทางสังคม เศรษฐกิจ การค้า และการทํางานหลังสถานการณ์โควิด-19 แรงงานจํานวนมากไม่มีความมั่นคงทางอาชีพและรายได้โดยเฉพาะแรงงานนอกระบบภาคการผลิต หรือผู้ทําการผลิตที่บ้าน เช่น ผู้ผลิตสินค้าหัตถกรรม ผู้รับงานไปทําที่บ้าน และอื่น ๆ ซึ่งเป็นกลุ่มแรงงานที่ได้สร้างมูลค่าทางเศรษฐกิจแก่ประเทศเป็นจํานวนมากเสมอมา ขณะเดียวกันแรงงานที่ต้องอาศัยค่าจ้าง เช่น ผู้รับงานไปทําที่บ้าน อยู่ในสถานการณ์การจ้างงานที่ไม่เป็นธรรม ต้องทํางานหนักและมีรายได้ที่ไม่สอดคล้องกับค่าครองชีพ เป็นต้น เพื่อให้เกิดการแลกเปลี่ยนถึงแนวทางในการสนับสนุนให้กลุ่มแรงงานหญิงนอกระบบเหล่านี้ฟื้นตัวจากสภาวะวิกฤติต่าง ๆ ที่กําลังเผชิญอยู่ ซึ่งจะส่งผลให้พวกเขามีคุณภาพชีวิตการทํางานที่ดีมีความมั่นคงทางอาชีพและรายได้และเกิดเศรษฐกิจที่เป็นธรรมและเกื้อหนุนกัน มูลนิธิเพื่อการพัฒนาแรงงานและอาชีพ ร่วมกับ SEA JUNCTION จึงได้จัดเวทีเสวนาสาธารณะ เรื่อง "ฝ่าวิกฤต...ด้วยเศรษฐกิจแห่งความเกื้อกูลกัน" ขึ้นในวันที่ 17 ธันวาคม 2565 ณ SEA JUNCTION ชั้น 4 หอศิลปวัฒนธรรมแห่งกรุงเทพมหานคร กำหนดการ 10.00 – 19.30 น. ชมนิทรรศการ แรงงานนอกระบบหญิง: พลังทางเศรษฐกิจ 16.00 – 16.30 น. ลงทะเบียนผู้เข้าร่วม   16.30 – 17.00 น. เปิดงาน โดย ·      Rosalia Sciortino Founder & Executive Director SEA Junction ·      นางระกาวิน ลีชนะวานิชพันธ์ กรรมการมูลนิธิเพื่อการพัฒนาแรงงานและอาชีพ…
