Dear Partners and Friends of SEA Junction,
February centers on Myanmar and the commemoration of 5 years of resilience against the 1 February 2021 military coup in Myanmar, with an impressive exhibition by Myanmar artists and photographers in exile. In addition, we continue to provide insights into the evolving situation in the country with the webinar series #WhatsHappeninginMyanmar.
Our commitment to migrants’ rights continues with a report launch and discussion on regional migration in the Southeast Asia blue economy.
Finally, new books and crafts can be found in our monthly Mini Books and Crafts Fair.
We hope you find our programs of interest. We count on your participation and help in sharing this information with your network and hope in your support (see below). SEA Junction relies on community members like you to be able to maintain our venue and continue our work at a time when civic spaces and resources for civil society are curtailed all over the world.
Warmly,
Lia Sciortino Sumaryono
