Introduction Asia is unique in its rich and diverse cultures, religions, natural and human resources. Unfortunately, vast majority of the people still live under poverty line. Communal violence, suppression and deprivation of ethnic and religious minorities, arms race, war and conflict dashed the hope and aspirations for a peaceful, harmonious and prosperous Asian unity.
