2-day international workshop on Explaining the Rise and Varieties of Party Factionalism: Evidence from Competitive Party Systems in Southeast Asia

CACS (College of ASEAN Community Studies) together with GIGA (German Institute of Global and Area Studies) presents “The Rise and Varieties of Party Factionalism in Southeast Asia.” This two-day workshop will examine intra-party factions and factionalism in competitive party systems of Southeast Asia. These include the cases of Indonesia, the Philippines, East Timor (Timor-Leste), Malaysia, Myanmar, Singapore, Thailand and Cambodia.
