Book Launch: Global Battle Fields by Dr. Walden Bello

Focus on the Global South, in collaboration with SEA Junction, will host a special launch of Global Battlefields: Memoirs of a Global Activist by Filipino scholar and activist Dr. Walden Bello, who will be present to share reflections on his lifelong journey across struggles for social justice, democracy, and human rights. The event is a part of the 30th year anniversary celebration of Focus on the Global South. It will open with an introduction of the book by Dr. Naruemon Thabchumpon, Associate Professor of Politics and Head of the Center of Excellence on Migration and Development at Chulalongkorn University. The program will also be broadcast live on SEA Junction’s Facebook page for wider participation.
